[摘要]以往正畸的主要对象是青少年，近年来，成人正畸患者也在迅速增加。成人正畸已成为每个口腔正畸医师必须面对的临床重要课题。本文就成人和青少年正畸从生理、心理、期待目标等方面讨论两者之间的区别性，得出需对不同对象采取针对性的治疗方法。
