果酸联合点阵式铒激光治疗光老化皮肤疗效观察(1)

     [摘要]目的: 探討果酸联合点阵式铒激光治疗光老化皮肤的临床疗效。方法: 选取2016年5月-2017年8月于笔者医院因皮肤老化进行治疗的患者70例,随机分为联合组和对照组,每组35例。联合组采用果酸联合点阵式铒激光治疗,对照组仅采用点阵式铒激光治疗,采用分光测色仪检测两组患者在治疗前和治疗后3个月的眼外眦、颧骨最高点和口角与下颏角连线中点处的L*值(明度指数)和a*值的变化,采用皮肤水分测试仪测试角质层含水量,对比两组患者治疗前后的光老化整体评分(GSD)和症状改善情况。结果:两组患者治疗前的眼外眦、颧骨最高点和口角与下颏角连线中点处的L*值和a*值对比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后3个月联合组三个部位的L*值和a*值均显著上升(P<0.05),且联合组的L*值和a*值均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前的皮肤含水量、GSD评分对比无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗3个月后联合组的皮肤含水量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),GSD评分显著低于对照组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组的症状改善评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05), 两组患者远期不良反应对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:联合应用果酸和点阵式铒激光能显著改善光老化皮肤的色泽和含水量,临床效果显著优于单纯点阵式铒激光治疗。

    Clinical Efficacy of Combined Tartaric Acid and Dot Matrix Er Laser in the Treatment of Photoaged Skin

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of tartaric acid combined with matrix Er laser in the treatment of photoaged skin. Methods From May 2016 to August 2017, a total of 70 patients with photoaged skin in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the combined group and the control group, 35 cases in each group. The combined group used tartaric acid combined with matrix Er laser treatment, the control group used the formation of matrix Er laser treatment only. The L* value (lightness index) and a* value of the highest point of eyelid, cheekbones, mouth angle and mandibular angle at the midpoint of the connection of two groups before and after treatment for 3 months were measured by spectrophotometer. The skin moisture tester was used to test the water content in the stratum corneum. The overall score of photoaging aging (GSD) and symptom improvement were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in L* value and a* between the highest point of eyelid, zygomatic bone and middle point of mouth angle and mandibular angle before treatment in both groups (P>0.05). After treatment for 3 months, the values of L* and a* in the combined groups increased significantly (P<0.05). And the values of L* and a* in the combined group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05) . There was no significant difference in skin water content and GSD score before treatment between the two groups (P>0.05). After 3 months of treatment, the skin water content of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The GSD score was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the score of symptom improvement in the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in long-term adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Combined application of tartaric acid and matrix Er laser can significantly improve the photoaging Skin color and water content, the clinical effect is better than the single-use matrix Er laser., http://www.100md.com(潘南楠 刘滢 朱珂 谢治)
