光子嫩肤与调Q激光治疗黄褐斑疗效对比(1)

     [摘要]目的:比較光子嫩肤技术与调Q1 064nm 激光治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年1月-2015年12月笔者科室门诊收治的90例黄褐斑患者,根据随机数字法分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。观察组采用光子嫩肤治疗,对照组给予调Q1 064nm激光治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后 VISIA 皮肤图像分析结果、SOFT5.5皮肤性质测试结果以及总治疗时间,临床疗效和不良反应发生情况。结果:两组患者治疗前VISIA和SOFT5.5各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,两组患者VISIA各个指标均较治疗前有所改善,观察组患者改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者SOFT 5.5各项指标较治疗前及对照组均有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为91.1%,高于对照组的77.8%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.08,P=0.02);观察组与对照组治疗后炎性反应色素沉着发生率分别为2.2%和11.1%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.33,P=0.01);随访2年,观察组和对照组黄褐斑复发率分别为17.8%和15.6%,差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.94,P=0.18)。结论:与光子嫩肤技术相比,调Q激光治疗黄褐斑可以改善患者肤质,提高临床效果,减少术后炎性反应色素沉着的发病率,但术后复发率与光子嫩肤技术相似。

    Abstract: Objective To compare the effect of photorejuvenation and Q1 064 nm laser in the treatment of chloasma. Methods 90 patients with chloasma were selected from January 2015 to December 2015. According to the random number method, divided into observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group, the observation group was treated with Photorejuvenation, the control group was given Q1 064nm laser treatment, The VISIA skin image analysis results, SOFT5.5 skin property test results, total treatment time, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the indexes of VISIA and SOFT5.5 between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), comparabled.After treatment, the two groups of patients with VISIA each index were improved than before treatment, the observation group patients improved more obvious, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of SOFT 5.5 in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment and in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.1%, which was higher than 77.8% of the control group, the difference was statistically significantχ2=5.08,P=0.02). The incidence of inflammatory reaction hyperpigmentation was 2.2% and 11.1% in the observation group and the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(χ2=6.33,P=0.01).After 2 years of follow-up, the recurrence rate of melasma in the observation group and the control group was 17.8% and 15.6%,respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=1.94,P=0.18).
