等离子射频治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕临床疗效分析(1)

     [摘要]目的:分析等离子射频治疗痤疮凹陷性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法:选择笔者医院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的90例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者为研究对象。按随机数表法分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。对照组采用超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗,观察组采用等离子射频治疗。观察两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后面部改善情况及不良反应。结果:观察组的总有效率(93.3%)显著高于对照组(77.8%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组以等离子射频治疗3个月后,患者瘢痕明显变浅、皮肤油脂分泌均匀、红斑基本消退,毛孔缩小且肤色变浅。观察组不良反应发生率(4.4%)明显低于对照组(17.8%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:等离子射频对痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者治疗效果显著,可明显抑制色素沉着及瘢痕增生,减少不良反应,安全可靠,值得在临床中推广应用。

    Clinical Effect of Plasma Radiofrequency in the Treatment of Acne Scar

    Abstract: Objective To Analyse the clinical effect of plasma radiofrequency in the treatment of acne scar. Methods 90 cases of patients were divided into the observation group (45 cases) and the control group (45 cases) from January 2017 to January 2018. The control group was treated with superpulse CO2 lattice laser, and the observation group was treated with plasma radiofrequency. The therapeutic effects, facial improvement and adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (93.3%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (77.8%), and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). After three months of plasma radiofrequency therapy, the scars of the patients in the observation group were obviously shallower, the skin grease secretion was even, erythema disappeared basically, the pores narrowed and the skin became lighter. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (4.4%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (17.8%,P<0.05). Conclusion Plasma radiofrequency was effective in the treatment of acne cicatricial scar patients. It can significantly inhibit pigmentation and scar proliferation, reduce adverse reactions, and is safe and reliable. It is worth popularizing in clinical application.

    痤瘡是临床较为普遍的皮肤病,由皮脂腺及毛囊炎症引起,发生于面部[1]。若治疗不彻底,常常使患者面部产生凹陷性瘢痕,影响患者外表形象,给患者生理及心理造成严重伤害[2]。因此,寻找行之有效的治疗方法成为目前研究的热点。目前,临床常采用超脉冲CO2点阵激光治疗,但此法效果欠佳,常常引起瘢痕增生及色素沉着等不良反应[3]。近年来,等离子射频治疗安全简便,且明显改善患者面部肤色,减少瘢痕增生,具有显著的疗效,所以受到人们越来越多的青睐,在临床应用较为广泛[4-5]。为进一步探究其治疗机制,本研究以笔者医院收治的90例患者为研究对象,观察治疗情况,现报道如下。

    1 资料和方法

    1.1 一般资料:选择笔者医院2017年1月-2018年1月收治的90例痤疮凹陷性瘢痕患者为研究对象。其中,对照组45例,年龄17~36岁,病程1~5年;观察组45例,年龄15~36岁,病程2~5年。两组患者在性别、年龄及病程上比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),有可比性。见表1。, http://www.100md.com(刘婷婷 房慧 万焰)
