射频微针与YAG激光治疗腋臭的疗效及病理学改变比较(1)

     [摘要]目的:分析比较射频微针和YAG激光治疗腋臭的效果及引起大汗腺的细胞病理学改变。方法:选择2015年10月-2017年4月笔者科室收治的31例腋臭患者为研究对象,患者左右侧腋窝互为对照,左侧设为射频微针治疗组(31例),右侧设为YAG激光治疗组(31例)。对所有患者进行术后随访,并对两组患者的病理学改变及疗效进行统计学分析。结果:本组实验中,组织病理学提示射频微针治疗大汗腺细胞损伤程度明显大于YAG激光组,射频微针治疗组有效率80.65%,YAG激光组有效率74.19%。射频微针治疗组伴有2例神经损伤,最终于半年后恢复。半年复发率射频微针治疗组6例,YAG激光组8例。结论:射频微针治疗腋臭的有效率高于YAG激光,组织病理提示两者对大汗腺细胞均有一定损伤作用,射频微针治疗大汗腺的损伤更为明显,射频微针治疗具有神经损伤的风险,两种方法均具有一定复发率。

    Comparison of Treatment Effect and Pathological Changes of Bromhidrosis with Radiofrequency Microacupuncture and YAG Laser

    Abstract: Objective Analysis and comparison of radiofrequency microacupuncture and YAG laser in the treatment of bromhidrosis patients and pathological changes of sweat gland cells. Methods Thirty-one bromhidrosis patients were recruited at The first Hospital of Jilin University from October 2015 to April 2017. The patient's left and right armpits were in contrast to each other. The left armpits of thirty-one bromhidrosis patients with radiofrequency microacupuncture and the right with the YAG laser. All patients were followed up and the pathological changes and therapeutic effects were analyzed statistically. Results In this experiment, histopathology indicated that the injury of sweat gland cells in the radiofrequency microacupuncture group was significantly greater than that in the YAG laser group. The effective rate was 80.65% in radiofrequency microacupuncture group and only 74.19% in YAG laser group. The radiofrequency microacupuncture group was accompanied by 2 cases of nerve injury, and finally recovered half a year later. Half a year recurrence rate: Radiofrequency microacupuncture therapy group:6 patients, Yag laser group: 8 patients. Conclusion The effective rate of radiofrequency microacupuncture in the treatment of bromhidrosis patients is higher than that of YAG laser. Histopathology suggests that both of them can damage the sweat gland cells to some extent, and the radiofrequency microacupuncture is more obvious. Radiofrequency microacupuncture has the risk of nerve injury. Both methods have a certain recurrence rate.

    腋臭俗稱狐臭,是指人类腋部产生的特殊气味,主要与大汗腺分泌活动相关[1]。其组织学特点是顶泌汗腺的增生[2]。我国腋臭发病率约6%,多有遗传性,常于青春期后发作[3]。当前,对于腋臭的治疗方法有手术、肉毒毒素注射等,但人们对腋臭的治疗更倾向于简单、快捷、损伤小的YAG激光及射频微针等治疗方法。射频微针及YAG激光对腋臭的治疗均有一定效果,但两种方法哪一种疗效更好及病理学研究结果尚不明确。2015年10月-2017年4月,笔者科室收治31例腋臭患者,左、右侧腋窝分别采用射频微针及YAG激光治疗,本文就该两种方法的疗效及引起的组织病理学改变进行比较,现将结果报道如下。, http://www.100md.com(刘纬驰 邵英 郑杰)
