不同时间VITA 3D—Master比色板2M2比色片数码颜色差异性的研究(1)
[摘要]目的：比较不同时间拍摄的VITA 3D-Master比色板2M2比色片数码颜色在L*a*b*颜色空间的颜色差异。方法：用Nikon D700单镜头反光数码相机在D50标准光源下，在不同时间对VITA 3D-Master比色板2M2比色片进行拍摄，在Photoshop软件中用直方图读取比色片唇面的R、G和B平均值，根据该值建立新的均匀颜色图像文件作为该比色片的平均颜色，在Eye-One Share软件中建立相同颜色的文件，读取L*a*b*數值，进行比较和分析。结果：视觉上难以察觉不同时间拍摄的VITA 3D-Master比色板2M2色片的颜色差异，可以察觉其对应均匀颜色之间存在颜色差异，2M2比色片在L*a*b*颜色空间的颜色差异为0.5～3.8。结论：对VITA 3D-Master比色板2M2比色片的数码颜色在L*a*b*颜色空间差异的分析，有助于提高修复体颜色选择、交流和复制的准确性。

Abstract： Objective To compare the color difference of the digital color in the L*a*b* color space of 2M2 tab of the VITA 3D-Master shade guide at different times. Methods The photos of 2M2 tab ofa commercial VITA 3D-Master shade guide was shot under the D50 standard light source with Nikon D700 single-lens reflex digital camera at different times. A new uniform color image file was established according to the average value of R、G and B of each tab read with histogram in Photoshop software. The same uniform color file was created and the L*a*b* values were read，analyzed and compared in the Eye-One Share software. Results The color differences between the 2M2 tabs photographed at different times are difficult to be perceived while the corresponding uniform colors can be perceived. The color differences range in the L*a*b* color space of the 2M2 tabs is from 0.5 to 3.8. Conclusion The analysis of the digital color differences in L*a*b* color space between the 2M2 tabs can improve the accuracy of color match， communication and the replication of the restorations.

修复体再现天然牙齿的颜色，始终是口腔修复领域的一个难题，在牙齿颜色的选择和复制过程中，通常用比色板对牙齿的颜色进行评估和比较，VITA 3D-Master比色板是目前临床已使用多年且常用的比色板之一，制造商认为其比色板的颜色分布均匀，完全覆盖所有天然牙齿的颜色区域。Schmeling[1]认为，VITA 3D-Master比色板经过121℃和15psi的120次循环，其颜色差异在临床上是可以接受的。在临床工作中，为了比色的准确性，挑选比色板中与天然牙颜色接近的比色片，与天然牙同时拍摄，将含有比色片和天然牙颜色信息的数码照片传达给牙科实验室，依然存在前后照片中比色片颜色不一致的现象，颜色信息不能准确记录和传递，影响修复体与天然牙颜色的匹配效果。针对这一问题，本研究通过数码摄影方法，对VITA 3D-Master比色板中的2M2比色片在不同的时间进行拍摄，比较比色片的整体颜色在L*a*b*颜色空间的颜色差异，以期提高临床修复体颜色匹配的准确性。, 百拇医药(李幸红 包向军 贾爽 王德芳 叶荣荣 周立英)
