[摘要]目的：探求一种良好的重睑线画线设计方法。方法：于瞳孔上方、外眦角内侧约5mm、外眦隐裂上缘线的中点、内眦角外侧约3mm处定A、B、C、D四点，连接AB、BC、AD三段线构成重睑线，对双侧设计点、中段线、全重睑设计线进行分步比较调整，保证对称性。收集2016年1月-2017年12月行双侧切开法重睑成形术者的临床资料，观察其临床效果。结果：本组共331例，662只眼，均于术后7d拆线，重睑线形态良好，眼睑闭合良好。随访3个月～半年以上，外形自然，无睑外翻，无眼睑闭合不全，未出现切口增生性瘢痕，298例达到满意效果(满意率为90.0%)，33例为基本满意，无不满意者。结论：三段画线重睑线设计法结合合适的去皮设计是一种简单明确、准确率高、适应范围广、满意度较高的重睑线设计法。
