[摘要]目的：总结了23例患者采用Brava预扩张在自体脂肪移植隆乳术中的应用体会。方法：全部患者按要求正确佩戴Brava，并做好佩戴期间应注意的护理问题，以及做好各物品的维护和保养。结果：23例患者佩戴Brava时间充足，乳房局部组织皮肤扩张良好，达到预扩张效果，符合手术需求。结论：护理人员与患者共同做好佩戴Brava的护理过程中应注意的问题，很好地配合了手术的顺利完成。
