[摘要]目的：观察Nagata法耳再造术后患者耳部血肿情况，探索Nagata法耳再造术后耳廓血肿预防及治疗方法。方法：收集整理临床上Nagata法耳再造术后11例耳部血肿患者，6例患者因引流问题发生血肿，4例患者因机械性损伤发生血肿，1例患者原因不明，其中10例患者行切开引流置管加高压氧治疗，1例行切开减压加高压氧治疗。结果：11例患者血肿全部吸收，耳部轮廓清晰，血运好，切口无坏死、感染及血肿复发。结论：利用肋软骨进行Nagata法耳再造术，即使术后再造耳发生血肿，经正确的积极治疗，血肿可消失，耳轮廓仍清晰，最终获得满意的结果。
