    [摘要]目的：探讨脂肪干细胞胶(SVF-gel)填充矫治面部凹陷的临床疗效。方法：选取医院拟实施自体脂肪移植治疗的面部凹陷患者50例，采用完全随机方法分为观察组和对照组，每组25例。分别注射SVF-gel和Coleman脂肪治疗面部凹陷，术后随访，对比两组术后肿胀时间、二次填充率及患者满意度情况。结果：术后观察组面部肿胀时间(8.64±1.18)d明显短于对照组(10.26±1.12)d，且术后二次填充率显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论：与Coleman脂肪移植比较，SVF-gel填充治疗面部凹陷，术后肿胀时间短、满意度高、治疗效果较好。
