[摘要]目的：探讨上颌前牙缺失种植修复患者牙龈和口唇厚度与美观度的相关性。方法：选取2019年1月-2021年10月笔者医院收治的102例上颌前牙缺损的患者，均接受上颌前牙种植修复治疗。随访观察6个月，采用红色-白色美学标准(Pink esthetic score，White esthetic score，PES-WES)评估修复后美观度，并根据PES-WES得分情况分为美观组(PES≥8分且WES≥6分)和欠美观组(PES<8分或WES<6分)。记录两组人口社会学特征、采用锥形束CT测量上颌前牙唇侧牙龈厚度，采用面部姿势位图片测量口唇厚度，采用Pearson相关性分析上颌前牙缺失修复患者牙龈厚度和口唇厚度与美观度的相关性，采用二元Logistic分析上颌前牙修复患者美观度的影响因素。结果：102例患者中，4例因搬迁等原因失访，最终纳入98例，其中68例(69.39%)PES≥8分且WES≥6分为美观组，其余30例为欠美观组；两组牙龈厚度、口唇厚度对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；Pearson相关性分析显示，牙龈厚度、口唇厚度与美观度呈正相关(r=0.439，P<0.01；r=0.475，P<0.01)；二元Logistic回归分析结果显示：牙龈厚度(OR=0.003，95%CI 0.001～0.077)、口唇厚度(OR=0.181，95%CI 0.181～0.470)为上颌前牙修复患者美观度的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论：上颌前牙缺失种植修复患者牙龈厚度和口唇厚度与美观度有关，修复前可根据患者牙龈厚度和口唇厚度制定修复方案。
