[摘要]目的：初步探究无托槽隐形矫治器对替牙期上颌轻中度狭窄患者的扩弓效果。方法：选取2019年1月-2021年12月于笔者医院口腔正畸科就诊的处于替牙期的上颌轻中度狭窄的患者15例，并使用无托槽隐形矫治器完成上颌扩弓。通过测量三维数字化牙列模型，测量矫治前后各牙位的牙弓宽度，计算各牙位的扩弓量及扩弓效率。结果：与矫治前相比，矫治后各牙位的牙弓宽度均有增加，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，但各牙位实际扩弓量均小于预设扩弓量，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。乳尖牙、第一乳磨牙、第二乳磨牙、第一恒磨牙的扩弓效率分别为(68.3±6.58)%、(74.8±7.83)%、(72.5±8.37)%、(71.2±7.49)%。结论：在上颌骨轻中度狭窄情况下，无托槽隐形矫治器能够在一定程度上增加替牙列期间上颌牙弓的宽度，有较好的扩弓效果，临床在把握适应证的前提下可以多加应用。
