改良Devine手术治疗儿童隐匿型阴茎
【摘要】目的:探讨隐匿型阴茎的病因、临床特点、诊治方法。方法:对2000年至2009年收治的45例隐匿型阴茎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。全部患者均采用改良Devine手术治疗,切断增厚的肉膜和束缚阴茎的纤维索条,并将阴茎根部白膜于两侧耻骨前筋膜固定。结果:45例均顺利完成手术,随访35例6,34例阴茎发育正常,效果满意。结论:改良Devine术是治疗隐匿型阴茎的良好术式,具有操作简单,术后恢复快,并发症少,效果满意等特点。【关键词】隐匿型阴茎;手术

【Abstract】Objective:To discuss the cause,clinical features,diagnosis ,treatment of concealed penis. Methods:The clinical data of 45 patients with concealed penis were analyzed retrospective. All patients underwent surgical treatment of improving Devine technique , The thickened sarcolemma and fibrous bands around the penis were resected,the albuginea at the root of penis was fixed at the both sides of cranial pubic ligament.Results:45 cases were successfully completed , 35 cases were followed up for 6 to 60 months, 34 cases with normal penile development, results were satisfactory. Conclusions:Improving Devine technique was a well designed surgical procedure for the treatment of concealed penis in children with simple, quick recovery ,less cornplications and satisfactory efficacy. ......
