【摘要】目的:探讨肠结核手术时机及方式。方法:回顾性分析2000～2008年5月手术治疗肠结核16例病人的临床资料。结果:16例分别采用右半结肠或回盲部切除术、右半结肠及部分横结肠切除术、肠粘连松解术、肝部分切除术等手术治疗,治愈15例,死亡1例。结论:密切观察病情变化,选择合适手术时机及术中正确判断手术方式,是手术治疗的关键。

    Operative treatment analysis of Intestinal Tuberculosis

    【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the opportunity and method of operation for intestinal tuberculosis.Methods:The clinical materials of 16 patients with tuberculosis of intestines that received operative treatment from 2000 to May 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The patients were operated on with right colectomy or cecectomy, transverse colectomy,loosen adhesion of intestine, partial hepatectomy.15 cases were cured and 1 case was dead. Conclusion:It’s importortant to investigate carefully patient’s condition and select the operative opportunity and method.
