【摘要】目的:探讨Mammotome微创切除乳腺良性肿物的临床价值。方法:回顾分析40例女性47个乳腺良性肿物行B超引导下麦默通微创切除的临床资料。结果:47个肿物皆被准确切除,病理组织学诊断结果:16个为乳腺囊性增生病,乳头状瘤2个,5个为乳腺囊性增生症伴纤维腺瘤形成,乳腺纤维腺瘤10个,乳腺囊性增生病伴瘤样增生结节3个,乳腺腺病4个。结论:麦默通对乳腺良性肿物切除操作方便,切口微小,美容效果良好,可用于乳腺良性肿块的早期诊断和治疗。

    Clinical application of mammotome in the excision of benign mammary mass.

    【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the value of excision of benign mammary mass with mammotome.Methods:Retrospectively reviewed the clinical materials of forty-seven benign mammary mass excised with the guiding of B-Type Ultrasonic of forty patients. Resuts:The forty-seven benign mammary mass were exactly excised with B-Type Ultrasonic guided mammotome. And the pathological results were sixteen cystic hyperplasia of breast,two papilloma,five atypical hyperplasia with tendency of formation offibroadinoma,ten fibroadinoma and three breast fibro cystic disease with knot-form hyperplastic nodules,four adenosis of breast. Conclusion:The excision of benign mammary mass with B-Type Ultrasonic was satisfactory.It could early been used to diagnose and therapy of benign mammary mass.guided mammotome was exact,convenient and the postoperative breast appearance. ......
