【摘要】通过回顾2009年起上海市虹口区卫生局组建的区域内三级甲等综合性医院与区属社区卫生服务中心院前急救网络系统建设运行情况，以及转诊抢救成功急性冠脉综合症(ACS)病例，总结出以院前急救网络为起点的链式急救系统是提高社区心血管急症抢救成功率的重要保障，社区卫生服务中心是搭建院前急救网络的主要平台。同时总结院前急救网络运行中的经验、亟待解决的问题，提出未来发展展望。
