【摘要】目的：探讨医疗纠纷所导致医院及医务人员的负面影响。方法：分析患者家属在医疗纠纷中的过激的、不合理的、甚至违法的行为，对医院及医务人员各方面的影响。结果：不合理的维权行为严重干扰医院的正常秩序。结论：医疗纠纷会限制医疗创新发展，不利于医疗技术的提高。

Methods： Extremistbehavior from patient family effect the hospital and the medical personnel . Results：Unreasonable behavior disturb gravely regular order of the hospital. Conclusion： Medical technology is restrict by medical disputes and the patient is hurted by that finally.
