【摘要】目前，临床上糖尿病患者越来越多，其中老年患者占绝大多数，针对老年患者存在不同程度的认知功能障碍，常导致患者自我管理能力下降，同时患者服药种类多，药物服用方法不同，很容易出现药物错服、漏服的现象，从而影响治疗效果。我科为糖尿病专科，本科患者使用的口服降糖药多为多种药物联合使用，要根据不同患者药物服用时间和方法进行分类保证服药准确性，目前我们所使用的传统口服药盒已不能满足我们临床上的实际要求，经常出现降糖药物服用时间不准确现象，针对这种情况，我们设计制作了糖尿病专用口服药盒，以保证患者服药的准确性，提高治疗效果。

    【Abstract】At present, more and more clinical diabetic patients, including the majority of older patients in elderly patients, there exists different degree of cognitive dysfunction, often result in a patient self-management ability to drop, meanwhile patients more kinds, drug taking medicine different methods, it is easy to appear drug wrong clothes, leak, thus affecting the phenomenon of served therapeutic effect. I branch for diabetes specialist, undergraduate patients use of oral glucose-lowering medications for many more drug combinations, according to different patients use time and methods of drug taking medicine, classified guarantee the accuracy in this kind of situation, we design and manufacture the diabetes special oral medicine to ensure patients, labels&tags, improve the accuracy of the efficacy of treatment. ......
