D-LA是胃肠道固有细菌的代谢产物，哺乳类动物体内不具备将快速分解代谢的酶系统，进入机体后不参与代谢反应，可通过测定血浆中D-LA的含量来间接判断肠粘膜通透性的变化。
本研究使用的BMT923胶体渗透浓度检测仪仅用1ml全血标本，在床旁检测2分钟之内可出结果，便于实时动态监测，精密度高，方法可靠[5]。
