    【摘要】目的: 探讨护士的聘用及聘用后的管理。方法:通过加强对我院2000年5月-2010年12月招聘的76名聘用护士的培训和管理进行观察。结果: 聘用护士已成为科室中坚力量及技术骨干。结论：护士实行聘用制，能更好地优化护理人才，更新护理人才队伍。

    【Abstract】 Objective:Explore the nurse's employment and hire after the management.
