    【摘要】目的： 为了适应医学科学的发展和护理模式的转变，为手术病人提供优质的护理服务，使患者以最佳的心理状态接受手术治疗，提高了患者对护理工作的满意度及手术室护士的整体素质。 方法： 选择择期手术患者实施术前访视、术中支持和术后随访的规范化护理服务，使手术患者在入院到出院的全过程中都能享受到人性化、系统化、规范化的优质护理服务。结果： 手术室的护理服务质量显著提高，取得了患者满意、医护满意、社会满意的效果。结论： 优质护理增加了患者对护士的信任感，提高了手术室护理质量，确保手术安全，进一步加强了医院临床护理工作，为病人提供更好的护理服务。
