中西医结合治疗脑梗死43例疗效观察

【摘要】目的：探讨中西医结合治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:选择2007年9月至2009年9月我院神经内科确诊脑梗死患者86例，随机分为对照组和治疗组各43例。对照组给予西药治疗，治疗组在此基础上联合中药补阳还五汤加减。治疗后比较两组的临床疗效。结果: 治疗组总有效率为88.37%，对照组总有效率为67.44%，两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；两组神经功能缺损程度评分治疗后均明显降低，且治疗组明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗脑梗死疗效确切，能明显改善患者的神经功能，值得临床推广应用。
