    【摘要】目的：评价双固定锚钉固定治疗髂前上棘撕脱骨折的疗效。方法：对 12例髂前上棘撕脱骨折患者采取切开复位，双固定锚钉固定，术后患肢置于屈膝屈髋位，2天后下地行走，逐渐负重，加强功能锻炼。结果：术后患者均恢复良好，膝、髋关节功能活动无受限。结论：双固定锚钉方法治疗髂前上棘撕脱骨折其创伤小，操作简单且固定可靠有利于早期关节功能恢复锻炼。相对于传统的治疗方法，这是一个更为有优势的选择。

    12 avulsion fracture of anterior superior iliac spine treated by twinfix Ti suture anchor

    【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluated the efficacy of avulsion fracture of anterior superior iliac spine treated by twinfix Ti suture anchor. Methods: 12 patients of avulsion fracture of anterior superior iliac spine were treated by twinfix Ti suture anchor sequencely. After operation, we fix the affected limb on the knees and hip flexion, two days later, patients were able to walking. And we enhanced functional exercise by gradually increasing the weight loading to the patients. Results: After operation the patients were all recovered well, it was non-restricted joint function activities for knees and hips. Conclusion: avulsion fracture of anterior superior iliac spine treated by twinfix Ti suture anchor is easy to operate, well fixation, only causing small trauma and beneficial to the early function recovery of joint. Compared with the traditional therapy, it is a better choice. ......
