    【摘要】目的：探讨老年(>60岁)患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期的处理。方法：对行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的 827例老年患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：827例患者全部治愈，术后无严重心肺并发症，无死亡病例。结论：充分做好围手术期处理，熟练手术技巧，腹腔镜胆囊切除术对老年患者是安全可靠的。
