    【摘要】杜绝、消除手术患者存在的安全隐患，防止患者发生不良事件或伤害，主要从五个方面讲述：患者身份识别和核对；严格实行查对制度；严防手术患者、手术部位及术式发生错误；提高用药安全；无菌技术在手术室应用的重要性，它可以有效的预防和控制院内感染，确保患者安全；防范手术患者跌倒、坠床及压疮事件的发生；手术患者各种导管的识别、分类及固定、观察等，尤其是气管导管的安全护理。加强手术室护理人员的业务学习和安全风险的培训，是保证手术患者安全的根本途径，确保每项护理措施做到零缺陷是我们呵护生命的神圣职责。
