    【摘要】护理质量是护理工作的心脏，沟通对护理质量的提高有很大影响, 儿科护理人员在护理工作中要充分运用沟通技巧, 并在工作中不断完善, 达到护患、护陪间高度的心里相容, 增加病人对护士的信任感, 从而保证护理质量。

    【Abstract】 The nursing quality is nurses the work the heart, communicates to nurses the quality the enhancement to have the very tremendous influence, the pediatric nursing personnel must utilize the communication skill fully in the nursing work, and consummates unceasingly in the work, achieves protects the trouble, to protect accompanies high at heart accommodating, increases the patient to nurse's trust, thus guarantee nursing quality.
