    【摘要】目的：探讨延迟性脾破裂的诊断延迟原因和治疗方式。方法：回顾分析我院1994年5月至2010年5月收治的35例延迟性脾破裂的临床资料。结果：35例患者均痊愈出院，无死亡病例。结论：增强对延迟性脾破裂的认识，掌握其临床特点，做到早期诊断和及时的外科手术治疗对提高延迟性脾破裂的治愈率，减少误诊、误治十分重要。

    【Abstract】Objective:To explore the delayed reasons of diagnosis and the ways of treatment ofdelayedruptureofspleen. Methods: The clinic data of 35 cases were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital form May 1994 to May 2010. Results: All of 25 cases werecured.
