【摘要】目的观察多西环素联合烟酰胺及阿达帕林凝胶治疗中度痤疮的临床疗效。方法试验组多西环素100mg，每天2次，烟酰胺300mg，每天3次，并外用阿达帕林凝胶，每晚1次；对照组外用阿达帕林凝胶，每晚1次；连续8周。结果试验组有效率89.36%，对照组有效率68.89%，两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强力霉素联合烟酰胺及阿达帕林凝胶治疗中度痤疮有效。

Observation on effect of the Doxycycline combined with Nicotinamide and Adapalene gel in the treatment of moderate acne

【Abstract】Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the the Doxycycline combined with Nicotinamide and Adapalene gel in the treatment of moderate acne. Method The test group gives Doxycycline 100mg twice daily, Nicotinamide 300mg, three daily, and applies Adapalene gel once daily for 6 weeks. The control group gives Adapalene gel once daily for 8 weeks. Results The effective rate of the treatment group is 89.36%, the control group is 68.89%, showing significant defferences(P<0.05). Conclusion The Doxycycline combined with Nicotinamide and Adapalene gel in the treatment of moderate acne has good efficacy.

痤疮是皮肤科最常见的毛囊皮脂腺的慢性炎症性皮肤病，好发于青壮年，对其心理和社交等方面影响较大。中度痤疮在门诊占痤疮的比例最大，笔者于2008年12月～2011年1月采用多西环素联合烟酰胺及阿达帕林凝胶治疗中度痤疮，取得满意疗效。现将结果报告如下。
1 病例与方法
1.1 病例选择
1.1.1 入选标准:入选患者具有典型的临床皮疹表现，病程3个月～10年。年龄16～28岁，性别不限，愿意配合实验者。
1.1.2 排除标准:妊娠期和哺乳期妇女；患心、肝、肾功能不全或系统性疾病者；不能合作者。
1.1.3 剔除标准:不遵医嘱用药者；未完成疗程；治疗过程因不良反应终止治疗；均不作疗效统计。
1.1.4 一般资料:共入选93例患者，按随机分组的原则，分为试验组和对照组，试验组48例患者中男25例，女23例，平均年龄(22.8±4.2)。对照组45例患者中男24例，女21例，平均年龄(20.6±3.5)。两组患者的年龄及性别比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05) ......
