【摘要】目的：探讨提取方法对真武汤提取的影响，并筛选出最佳提取工艺。方法：选用醇回流提取法，采用紫外分光光度法对提取药物中乌头碱含量进行测定，先进行提取时间、提取温度、料液比、乙醇浓度的单因素实验以确定水平范围，再利用L9(34)正交实验方法优选提取的最佳工艺，确定最佳工艺条件。结果：最佳工艺条件组合是乙醇浓度为90%，料液比1∶10，提取时间为90min,提取次数为3次。

【Abstract】Objective: explore the extraction method of Zhen Wu Decoction, and then find out the best extraction method.Methods: choose alcohol refluxing extraction, using ultraviolet spectrophotometry detecting the contained Aconitine of the drug aconitine, firstly, use the single factor experiment to find the better scope of extracting time, extracting temperature, Material to liquid ratio and ethanol concentration.Then use the orthogonal experimental method to select the optimum extract technology and determin the best technological conditions. Results: The combination of optimal conditions is 90% ethanol concentration, solid to liquid ratio of 1:10, extraction time was 90min, extracted for 3 times.

真武汤出自《伤寒论》。功能温阳利水气，现仍被广泛应用于临床各科以水液代谢失调为主的病症，具有显著疗效。真武汤其化学成分主要含有乌头生物碱类，芍药苷类，茯苓多糖类，萜类，挥发油及其他一些成分。其中君药附子含有的乌头生物碱类具有强心作用，是用于治疗的主要成分之一，故以乌头碱含量为考察指标来优选最佳提取方案。
1 仪器与材料
1.1 实验材料与试剂：附子、茯苓、白术、芍药、生姜购于贵阳市花果园药材市场；乌头碱标品(中国药品生物制品检定所)；乙醇(95%)(重庆川江化学试剂厂)；无水乙醇(重庆川江化学试剂厂)
1.2 主要仪器设备：JPT-5型托盘天平(常熟市衡器厂)；分析天平；抽滤机；HH-S2s型恒温水浴锅 (金坛市环保仪器厂)；WFZ UV-2000型紫外分光光度计 (龙尼柯有限责任公司)；250ml烧瓶，50ml、100ml、250ml、500ml容量瓶，布氏漏斗，100ml、250ml、500ml量筒，滤纸，玻璃棒等
