护士长模糊授权对提高病房护理管理质量的作用

【摘要】目的：探讨护士长的模糊授权对提高临床护理管理质量的作用。方法：在2010年下半年开始的每个周六、日护士长授权当日上班的责任制护士为护士长，并以模糊授权的授权方式授权其做好护士长的临床管理工作，并对这一管理模式的实行前后进行病房突发事件处理率和患者满意率的比较。结果：突发事件处理率显著提高 ，患者满意度也明显提高(P<0.01)。结论：护士长的模糊授权提高了病房护理人员工作积极性和临床护理工作满意度，病区护士得到了患者普遍赞誉，明显减少了患者的投诉，促进了科室的有效管理，带给了医院和科室良好的社会效益。

Methods: in the second half of 2010, each Saturday, and started on the head nurse authorized to work for the head nurse, and responsibility to nurse fuzzy authorized may authorize its accredit way the head nurse's clinical management work well, for which the practice of management model for ward emergencies before and after the comparison of household waste and patient satisfaction. Results: incidents increased significantly, adolescent patient satisfaction also obviously improved (P < 0.01). Conclusion: the head nurse's fuzzy improved sickroom nursing personnel authorized work enthusiasm and clinical nursing job satisfaction, ward nurse got patients generally praise, significantly reduced patients, promote the complaints of effective management department, bring the hospital and department good social benefits.
