【摘要】医院信息化在护理管理中的应用有力地推进了护理垂直管理的深入开展。我院将医院信息化建设成果应用于护理垂直管理实践中，包括利用HIS系统研发护理绩效评价软件、利用OA系统动态垂直管理近2500人护理团队、利用电子病历系统实时查询全院重症患者分布等，建立以工作量为基础的护理绩效考核体系，遵循能级对应、动态调整原则进行护理人力资源的管理，最大限度调动护理人员为患者服务的积极性，提升护理垂直管理水平和运作效率，促进护理学科发展。

【Abstract】 The application of hospital informatization construction in nursing management promote the deepening of nursing vertical management effectively. Our hospital use the information construction achievements in practice of nursing vertical management, that include developing nursing performance appraisal software making use of HIS system, dynamic vertical management with the nursing team of near 2500 nurses making use of OA system, real-time inquiring the distribution situation of intensive patient in hospital making use of electronic medical records system, and so on . Build the nursing performance appraisal system based on workload and manage nursing human resource following the principle of energy level corresponding and dynamic regulation. Stimulate the enthusiasm of nurses to serve patient furthest. Improve the level and operation efficiency of nursing vertical management and advance the nursing discipline development.
