bcl-2和bax在肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤组织中的表达及意义(1)

    【摘要】目的:从细胞凋亡角度初步探讨肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤发生的分子机制。方法:收集临床手术切除的肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤和正常肾上腺组织标本,继而用Western印迹法鉴定二者中bcl-2和bax的表达情况,并初步分析其在肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤发生过程中的作用。结果:bcl-2在肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤组织中表达较高,却在正常肾上腺组织中表达较低;而bax在这两种组织中的表达情况恰恰与bcl-2相反。结论:bcl-2/bax在肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤发生过程中可能发挥着重要作用。

    Expression and Significance of apoptotic-associated Proteins in AML and Normal Adrenal Tissues

    【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the roles of bcl-2 and bax genes in the pathogenesis of adrenal myelolipoma (AML). Methods: Expressions of apoptotic-associated proteins bcl-2 and bax in adrenal myelolipoma and normal adrenal tissues were detected by western blotting. Results: There was remarkable difference in the expressions of bcl-2 and bax between AML and normal adrenal tissues. As one of the apoptotic-inhibit proteins, bcl-2 was detected with high level of expression in AML tissues, however, it’s low expression in normal adrenal tissues. And as one of the apoptotic proteins, bax expression is high in normal adrenal tissues, but low in AML tissues. Conclusion: There was actual difference in the apoptotic-associated proteins (bcl-2 and bax) among AML and normal adrenal tissues. The expressions of bcl-2 and bax proteins may play important roles in promoting and repressing the genesis of AML respectively.
