【摘要】目的：探讨植入永久性心脏起搏器的食管癌患者放射治疗对起搏器的影响。方法：统计6例植入永久性心脏起搏器的食管癌患者进行放射治疗；射线剂量为每日2GY；总剂量为40～64GY不等。放射治疗结束后3个月回访起搏器功能。 结果：6例植入永久性心脏起搏器的食管癌患者放射治疗后进食通畅，起搏器功能正常。 结论：植入永久性心脏起搏器的食管癌患者可以进行放射治疗。

    【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of radiotherapy to the patients with esophageal cancer,who had been implanted permanent cardiac pacemakers.Methods:Six patients with esophageal cancer who had been implanted permanent cardiac pacemakers were analyzed.They all received the radiotherapy.The radiation dose was 2GY/d,and the total dose ranged from 40 to 60GY.
