【摘要】目的：探讨医院手术室感染管理存在的问题与对策。方法：对手术室感染因素进行分析并整改。结果：加强手术室医务人员的培训和医院感染管理能有效地控制医院感染的发生。结论：只有建立和健全各个管理环节,加强培训再教育才能加深对控制医院感染工作的认识,提高手术室的感染管理水平。

    【Abstract】Objective：The hospital infection in the operating room management problems and countermeasure. Methods：The factors of infection in operating room were analyzed and rectified. Results：The operating room to strengthen the training of medical personnel and hospital infection management can effectively control the grass-roots hospital surgical infection. Conclusion：Only by establishing and perfecting various management aspects to enhance the training re - education in order to deepen their understanding of the work of hosp ital infection control, and to imp rovemanagement level of operating room infection.
