【摘要】目的:探讨外鼻肿物切除术后缺损的整形修复方法。方法:观察我院2005年-2010年40例外鼻肿物切除术后患者，其中直接拉拢缝合3例，V-Y成形术修复7例，耳后皮片移植修复5例，用耳廓复合组织瓣移植修复10例，转移鼻唇沟皮瓣修复15例。结果:术后皮瓣及移植组织全部成活，切口一期愈合，外观改善满意，随访6个月-3年肿物均无复发。结论:外鼻肿物切除术后，依据缺损的部位、大小，深浅，灵活应用不同的修复方法，方可获得满意疗效。

    Tumor resection external nose plastic surgery for repairing defects

    【Abstract】Objective:explore the methods of tumor resection defects in external nose plastic repair .Methods:Observed in our hospital from 2005 -2010 the exception of 40 patients with nasal tumor resection, in which suture directly three cases, V-Y plasty repair in 7 cases, the ear skin graft repair in 5 cases, with auricular composite flap graft 10 cases, 15 cases of transfer of nasolabial fold flap. Results:the transplanted tissue flaps all survived, wound a healing, improve the outward appearance satisfaction, follow-up 6 months -3 years, no recurrence of tumor. Conclusions:tumor resection external nose, according to defect location, size, depth, flexible application of different repair methods will only be satisfied with the results. ......
