【摘要】目的：分析鼻中隔成形术后并发穿孔的可能原因，以期对临床工作有所裨益。方法：回顾821例行鼻中隔成形术中并发穿孔的15个病例，从中总结归纳出鼻中隔成形术后发生穿孔的可能原因。结果：根据15例发生鼻中隔穿孔发生部位、时间等因子分析，术前术中术后都存在可导致日后鼻中隔穿孔的因素。结论：根据发生穿孔的病例总结出术前、术中、术后三方面可能导致的因素，在临床工作中应当注意避免。

    【Abstract】Objective：We will benefit from analyzing the reasons for perforation of nasal septum after septoplasty in the clinical work. Methods：By reviewing in 15 cases, we conclude the reasons for perforation of nasal septum after septoplasty. Results：According to the 15 cases septal perforation,s location and time, there are some preoperative, operative and postoperation factors what result in septal perforation. Conclusion：We should be paid attention to avoid these preoperative, operative and postoperation factors in the clinical work, according to the 15 cases.
