【摘要】报告一例境外登革热并发癫痫、偏瘫患者的治疗护理。患者男性，23岁，因发热伴持续剧烈双颞部头痛4天，加重伴谵妄2小时入院。入院检查示：登革病毒lgG和lgM抗体阳性，经细致的治疗护理后痊愈出院。

    【Abstract】This is a case report on the nursing of a foreign patient diagnosed as Dengue fever with Epilepsy and hemiparalysis.This maie patient had had fever with continious sharp pain in both tempus for 4 days,his symptoms aggravated with the onset of delirium 2 hours before admission.Both Dengue virus lgG and lgM were positive.The patient was discharged in health under careful treatment and nursing.
