【摘要】目的:观察小儿高热温水擦浴的疗效。方法:对182例小儿高热温水擦浴进行疗效观察。结果:10-15分钟体温降至38度以下总有效率在95.3%。温水擦浴简单容易实施对小儿高热引起惊厥、脑部病变起到保护作用并缓解家长紧张，无毒副作用。结论:小儿高热温水擦浴对小儿高热效果良好，安全有效。满足普通人群治病需求。

    【Abstract】Objective：To observe the warm sponge bath effect about children with high fever.Methods：182 cases of febrile warm sponge bath for efficacy. Results:10 to 15 minutes the temperature dropped to 38 degrees below the total efficiency of 95.3%. Warm sponge bath simple and easy implementation of febrile seizures cause brain lesions and relieve parents play a role in stress protection, non-toxic side effects. Conclusion:Febrile warm sponge bath have good effect on children with high fever, it’s safe and effective. Treatment to meet the needs of the general population.
