【摘要】目的：探讨宫颈病变的过度治疗问题。方法：分析宫颈病变治疗中存在的过度现象，查找原因。结果：分析认为主要存在以下两点过度现象：对不需治疗的患者实施了治疗，对需要治疗的宫颈病变选择了不恰当的治疗方法。针对医患两方面原因制定相应的对策。结论：对宫颈病变的治疗应遵循规范化、个体化和人性化原则，根据病变种类不同，选择局部用药、物理治疗、宫颈锥切、宫颈广泛切除、子宫切除等。
