【摘要】目的:探讨对翼状胬肉切除联合自体球结膜瓣转移术进行护理干预的临床效果。方法:回顾分析对于在2009年至2010年在我院行翼状胬肉切除联合自体结膜瓣转移手术的52眼患者进行护理干预的临床效果。结果:进行护理干预后患者在术中均能配合手术治疗，术后经过6～12个月观察，均未见胬肉复发。结论:护理干预可明显提高胬肉切除病人术中的配合，提高手术的成功率，减少胬肉的复发。

    【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the clinical results of nursing administration for the pterygium excision with conjunctival flap transfer autologous resection. Methods: Retrospectively analyzed clinical results of nursing administration for fifty-two cases, which had been applied with pterygium excision with conjunctival flap transfer autologous resection in our hospital during 2009 to 2010. Results: All patients with nursing administration could coordinate well with operation. Following up six to twelve months, there was no one case with occurrence. Conclusions: Nursing administration can help patients coordinate with operation, increase operational success rate and decrease occurrence of pterygium. ......
