伊可尔治疗扁平疣的临床观察(1)

【摘要】目的：评价伊可尔治疗扁平疣的临床疗效及安全性。方法：采用平行对照的开放性临床研究方法，随机分组(1∶1)，治疗组42例外用伊可尔消毒液，每日2次，连用5～7天为一疗程；对照组43例外用0.1%维A酸霜，每晚1次，连用2周为一疗程。两组患者共治疗2个疗程，分别于治疗2周和4周后进行随访观察，并评价不良反应，以痊愈和显效例数的百分比计为有效率。 结果：治疗前两组患者在性别、年龄、病程、皮损数目和分布情况比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后两组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组和对照组不良反应发生率分别为28.57%(12/42)和51.16%(22/43)，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论：伊可尔治疗扁平疣起效快，疗效好，使用方便，副作用轻微。

【Abstract】Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Yikeer liquor in the treatment of verruca plana. Methods: A randomized, controlled and opening study was performed and 85 cases suffering from verruca plana were enrolled. They were randomly divided into two groups: 42 cases of the treatment group and 43 cases of the control group. The treatment group was given Yikeer twice a day for one week and the control group was treated with 0.1% Tretinoin cream once in the evening for two weeks. The course of therapy was two cycles. Efficacy and safety were evaluated after treatment for 2, 4 weeks. Results: The two groups showed no significant differences in sex, age, the number and the region of rash and course before treatment(P>0.05). After treating for 2 weeks ,the effective rate was 66.67% in the treatment group and 39.53% in the control group.There was a statistical difference in the effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05). After 4 weeks ,the effective rate in the treatment group (88.10%)was higher than that in the control group(55.81%),which was a significant difference(P<0.01). There was a significant difference in the rate of adverse reactions(P<0.05)too. Conclusion: Yikeer liquor is a pure Chinese medicine prepartion with powerful effect of dispelling wart,and has many advantages such as high curative effects, use convenience and without poisonous side effects , ect. Quicker effect and safer products make Yikeer as a kind of new,rather good choice to treat verruca plana.
