金水六君煎加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿56例临床观察(1)

【摘要】目的：研究分析金水六君煎加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿的临床疗效，证实该方剂的确切疗效，便于临床推广使用。方法：以我院2009年9月-2011年6月治疗的112例慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者为研究对象，对其病例进行回顾性分析，将患者按治疗方法分为两个组，每组56例。一组使用金水六君煎结合中医辨证加减治疗，为观察组；一组使用西药进行治疗，为对照组。治疗一定周期后对两组患者的疗效进行评比。同时分析患者的不良反应、副作用、随访3个月的复发率及患者满意率等数据，并对数据进行统计学分析。结果：观察组患者显效38例，有效13例，无效5例，有效率为91.1%；对照组患者显效32例，有效16例，无效8例，有效率为85.7%，观察组有明显优势。比较不良反应、副作用、复发率、患者满意率等数据，观察组均有明显优势，经统计学分析P0.039<0.05，具有显著差异性。结论:六君煎加减治疗慢性阻塞性肺气肿具有疗效显著，不良反应发生率低，复发率低，患者满意率高等优势，适于临床推广使用。

【Abstract】Objective:To study the analysis of the Jinshui six gentleman Decoction for the treatment of chronic obstructive emphysema clinical efficacy, confirmed that the prescription of exact curative effect, convenient clinical use.Methods:in our hospital from 2009 September to 2011 June—— treatment of 112 cases of patients with chronic obstructive emphysema as the research object, the cases were analyzed retrospectively, patients will be according to treatment methods are divided into two groups, 56 cases in each group. A group using Jinshui six decoction combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, observation group; a group of the use of Western medicine treatment, control group. After a certain period of treatment of two groups of patients were compared the efficacy. At the same time analysis of patients with adverse reactions, side effects, follow-up of 3 months the recurrence rate and patient satisfaction rate and other data, and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:in the observation group 38 cases, effective in 13 cases, ineffective in 5 cases, effective rate was 91.1%; the control group patients 32 cases, effective in 16 cases, ineffective in 8 cases, effective rate was 85.7%, the observation group has a clear advantage. Comparison:of adverse reactions, side effects, recurrence rate, patients satisfactory rate and other data, the observation group had obvious advantages, through statistical analysis of P 0.039 < 0.05, with significant difference; conclusion six gentleman Decoction in treatment of chronic obstructive emphysema has remarkable curative effect, low incidence of adverse reactions, low recurrence rate, patients satisfaction rate higher advantage, is suitable for clinical use ......
