【摘要】目的：以药物联合应用治疗变应性鼻炎的基础理论为指导，研究糠酸莫米松联合盐酸氮卓斯汀治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效，为选择安全及有效的治疗变应性鼻炎的药物及方法提供科学依据。方法：将54例经我院检查确诊为变应性鼻炎的患者进行糠酸莫米松联合盐酸氮卓斯汀进行治疗，以鼻痒、喷嚏、鼻涕、鼻塞、眼耳咽痒为观察指标，记录患者治疗前后的临床症状变化，分析药物的疗效，并对试验结果进行统计学分析。结果：患者服药治疗14天后鼻痒、喷嚏、鼻涕、鼻塞症状改善明显，与治疗前存在差异性(P<0.05)。结论：糠酸莫米松联合盐酸氮卓斯汀治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效确切，使以往单一口服药物效果不明显的变应性鼻炎患者临床症状明显改善。

Clinical Observation on Mometasone Furoate combined with Azelastine Hydrochloride in Treatment of 54 Patients with Allergic Rhinitis

【Abstract】Objective:Guided by the basic theory of the combined with drugs for allergic rhinitis, to study the clinical observation on Mometasone Furoate combined with Azelastine Hydrochloride in treatment of Allergic Rhinitis, to provide a scientific basis for the selection of safe and effective treatment for allergic rhinitis drugs and methods. Methods:54 cases admitted to the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis patients to Mometasone Furoate combined treatment with Azelastine Hydrochloride, with the observation indexes of nasal itching, sneezing, nasal discharge, nasal congestion, eye and ear pharyngeal itching, nasal examination, recorded before and after treatment in patients with clinical symptoms, analysis of drug efficacy, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: 14 days after treatment in patients taking nasal itching, sneezing symptoms improved significantly, and treatment of pre-existing differences (P<0.05). Conclusions: Mometasone Furoate combined with Azelastine Hydrochloride treatment of allergic rhinitis is effective, so that a single oral drug effect was not obvious before the clinical symptoms of allergic rhinitis improved significantly.

变应性鼻炎(allergic rhinitis)〖1-3〗是一种由易感个体接触致敏变应原后导致的包含IgE介导的炎性介质的释放和多种免疫活性细胞、细胞因子参与的鼻粘膜慢性炎症性疾病。变应性鼻炎在世界范围内的患病率近年来呈上升趋势，影响了患者的生活质量，增加社会的经济负担，巳成为全球性的健康问题。因此选择合适的治疗方法，变得尤为重要。本实验将54例经我院检查确诊为变应性鼻炎的患者进行糠酸莫米松联合盐酸氮卓斯汀进行治疗，研究糠酸莫米松联合盐酸氮卓斯汀治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效，为选择安全及有效的治疗变应性鼻炎的药物及方法提供科学依据。现将试验结果报道如下 ......
