【摘要】目的:研究光子嫩肤治疗后色素沉着发生的影响因素。方法:应用强脉冲光子嫩肤仪(Luminus One 美国Luminus 公司)治疗100例面部雀斑患者，进行术后色素沉着发生因素的临床观察，并对结果进行分析。结果:治疗后炎症后色素沉着发生率为10.3%。结论:炎症后色素沉着的发生率与年龄、皮肤类型、使用的能量、波长大小有关。

    The influencing factors of postoperative hyperpigmentation of photo rejuvenation therapy

    【Abstract】Objective:to study the influencing factors of postoperative hyperpigmentation of photo rejuvenation therapy Methods:100 cases of facial freckles were treated with photo rejuvenation equipment (Luminus One Luminus Company USA),the influencing factors of postoperative hyperpigmentation were observed and the results were analysed.Results:the incidence of postinflammatory hyperpigmentation of photo rejuvenation therapy is 10.3%. Conclusion:the influencing factors of postinflamammatory is relative to age,skintypes,energy and wavelength.
