钻单孔8号尿管引流腰穿注入生理盐水治疗慢性硬膜下血肿120例的临床体会(2)
综上所述：采用钻单孔，8号尿管引流，腰穿注入20毫升生理盐水，联合奥拉西坦注射液4.0日一静点。降低了复发率，是治疗慢性硬膜下血肿的有效方法。但本组病例数偏少，随诊时间短，还望和大家一起讨论。
