    摘要目的:运用高效液相色谱法测定保济丸中葛根素的含量。 方法: 色谱柱为Hypersil ODS C18柱(250mm×4.6m，m5mm)，甲醇-水(25∶75)为流动相,检测波长为250nm。结果:葛根素在0.0325～0.3256mg线性关系良好(r＝0.9998，平均回收率为98.12%，RSD2.11%。结论:本法简单，结果可靠，重复性好，将为保济丸质量控制提供科学依据。
