【摘要】 目的 对急性脑卒中患者，早期实施康复护理程序，评价早期康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者生活质量的影响。方法对120例急性脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为对照组，康复组，康复组在康复前，康复后60天进行日常生活活动能力及痉挛评分比较，数据应用SPSS10软件处理。结果康复后的60天与康复前比较，患者的日常生活能力有所提高。痉挛评分有所下降。结论早期实施康复护理程序，可提高患者的生活质量，降低致残率。

    Early Application of Rehabilitation Nursing Procedure in Cerebral Apoplexy Hemiplegia Patients

    [ Abstract ] ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of early rehabilitation nursing to apoplexy hemiplegia patients’ quality of life, Methods120 acute apoplexy hemiplegia patients were divided into Rehabilitation group and Control group. The daily life locomotor activity score and spasm score of patients in prerehabilitation and 60 days post-rehabilitation were compared with SPSS10.
