【摘要】 目的 评价应用国产动脉导管未闭( PDA)封堵器经导管治疗PDA的疗效。方法13例患者(男5例，女8例)成功采用国产动脉导管未闭封堵器进行了 PDA封堵术。年龄10岁至24岁。PDA最窄处直径为2—8mm。输送长鞘为6—10F。术后即时、24小时、1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月随访心电图、彩色多普勒超声心动图检查、X线，观察疗效。结果 13例患者均成功置入国产动脉导管未闭封堵器。12例即时心血管造影显示完全封堵，1例有微量残余分流。术后1个月、3个月、6个月、12个月彩色多普勒超声心动图检查13例显示完全封堵。全部病例均无严重并发症。结论应用国产动脉导管未闭封堵器对PDA进行介入治疗，疗效确切，远期效果满意。

    The clinical application of home made duct occluder in patient ductus arteriosus

    [ Abstract ] ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical application of transcatheter closure of patient ductus arteriosus ( PDA) by using home-made duct occluder. Method13 patients were studied , among whom 5 were male and 8 were female (range from 10—24 years old in age ) . The mean PDA diameter in the narrowest segment was 2—8mm . The delivery sheath was 6—10F . All patients were monitored by transthoracic echocardiography ( TTE ) during the procedure . All patients were reexamined by TTE , ECG and X-ray after 1 month , 3 months , 6 months, 12months respectively . ResultsThe duct occluder was successfully placed in all cases. Angiography showed immediate closure in 12 patients . There were no severe complications .ConclusionTranscatheter closure of PDA using the home-made occlusion is a safe and effective method . ......
