    【摘要】 目的：探讨我院加替沙星注射液致不良反应的发生特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 采用回顾性调查方法，对我院2004年填报的113例加替沙星注射液致不良反应报告进行统计、分析。结果 不良反应主要表现为皮肤及附件损害、消化系统损害；过敏性休克、肝、肾损害少见，但较严重。结论医疗工作者应协同做好ADR监测工作，促进临床合理用药，减少不良反应的发生。

    Analysis of 113 cases of Adverse Drug Reaction by Gatifloxacin injection in Our Hospilal

    ABSTRACTOBJECTIVE: To study the characteristics of the Occurrence of ADR by Gatifloxacin injection in Our Hospital in order to provide the reference for rational drug use in clinic. METHODS: A retrospective investigation was carried out to analyze statistically 113 reported cases of ADRS of Gatifloxacin injection in Our hospital in 2004. RESULTS: The main ADRS of Gatifloxacin were mainly manifested as skin and local lesion, digestive system injury. anaphylactic shock. Renal and hepatic lesion were rare but severe adverse reactions. CONCLUSIONS: Medical worker should work cooperatively in the monitoring of ADR and promote rational drug use in the clinic to decrease the occurrence of ADR. ......
