辨证施乐护理在心脾两虚型不寐患者中的效果研究(1)

[摘 要] 目的：探讨中医情志护理中的五音疗法对心脾两虚型不寐患者的影响。方法：将60例“心脾两虚型”不寐患者随机分为辨证施乐护理组和自由选乐护理组各30例，辨证施乐护理组给予徵调式和宫调式音乐，自由选乐护理组由患者选择自己喜爱的音乐，观察两组患者睡眠质量改善情况。结果：辨证施乐护理组与自由选乐护理组患者的睡眠质量改善总有效率分别为83.4%和60%(P<0.05)。结论：运用中医五音疗法对心脾两虚型不寐患者进行辨证施乐护理，效果确切，简单，无依赖性，无经济负担，值得进一步研究和推广。
